Order help
- Missing download email? Check your spam or promotions folder, then email us with the address you used at checkout and we’ll resend your links.
- Need an invoice? Your receipt email contains a link to download a full invoice.
- Refunds: all sales are final. See our refund policy.
Download problems
Most download issues are solved in a minute:
- Use the link in your receipt email. Every order email includes a button to your download page. You can use it as many times as you need.
- Open PDFs in a reader. On a phone, tap the file and choose Books (iPhone) or Drive / Files (Android). On a computer, any browser or Adobe Acrobat Reader opens them.
- Large bundle? Bundles contain several PDFs. Download them one at a time over Wi-Fi rather than mobile data.
- Still stuck? Email us with the address you used at checkout and the name of the guide. We will send a fresh link or a replacement file.
Choosing the right guide
