30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email [email protected] within 30 days of your order date with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. You don’t need to give a reason, though we always appreciate feedback.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for your order. Once approved, refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 30 days

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we’re generally unable to offer refunds after 30 days. If you have a problem with a file, such as a download that won’t open, contact us at any time and we’ll fix it or send a replacement.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally bought the same guide twice, or bought a guide and then the collection that contains it, let us know and we’ll refund the duplicate.
