This policy explains what personal information YoursBible (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit yoursbible.com or buy our guides, and how we use it.

  • Order information. When you buy a guide, our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record, collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details. We receive your name, email address, order contents and order total. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our servers and content-delivery network log basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

  • To deliver your downloads, send receipts and provide support.
  • To process refunds and prevent fraud.
  • If you opt in at checkout, to send occasional emails about new guides. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store (our payment provider/merchant of record, email delivery, web hosting and security services), and only as needed for them to perform those services, or where required by law.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function and for secure checkout. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide your downloads and to meet tax and accounting obligations, and support emails for up to three years.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
