Every YoursBible guide is a digital PDF delivered instantly after purchase. Because a download can’t be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where applicable law requires it.

Before you buy, please review the product page. Each one lists the page count, what’s inside, who it’s for and answers to common questions.

Problems with a file

If a file is damaged, incomplete or won’t open, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll fix the problem or send a working replacement at no cost.

Lost download links

If you lose your download email, contact us with the email address used at checkout and we’ll resend your links.

Before you buy

To help you choose with confidence, every guide page shows:

• the page count and format (PDF),
• a list of what is inside, taken from the guide’s contents,
• who the guide is written for, and
• answers to common questions.

If you are unsure whether a guide covers something specific, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally buy the same guide twice, contact us within 7 days with both order numbers and we will look into it.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for your order.
